Owns end-to-end recruiting for Pelico’s North American team, partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategy and improve recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, from kickoff through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives on hiring strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, and decisions.
- Develop sourcing pipelines and use recruiting data, market insights, and AI tools to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
