About the job
Drive post-onboarding adoption and customer outcomes for Pelico’s manufacturing orchestration platform, providing technical support, training, governance reviews, and product feedback to enterprise factory clients.
What you'll do
- Lead platform adoption, client governance reviews, and user training across factory sites.
- Investigate technical issues and data anomalies using SQL and monitoring tools; coordinate feedback with Product and Engineering.
- Represent customer needs and support monitoring rotations, release testing, and incident management.
