AI Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Build operational reliability practices, including SLOs, alert routing, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
• Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP; automate customer environment setup and keep services at parity across clouds.
• Own the observability stack and embed HIPAA and SOC 2 controls and evidence generation into infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

What they ask for

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure in SRE, platform, or production engineering.
• Experience operating software in externally controlled environments such as BYOC, single-tenant, on-prem, or air-gapped environments.
• Production Kubernetes on managed clusters across multiple providers; strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Terraform.
• Pager and incident-response experience, regulated-environment experience, customer-facing ability, and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor control planes, GitOps, progressive delivery, or multi-region infrastructure.
• Grafana-stack depth, GPU or inference operations, MLOps, or research-to-production handoff experience.

$180K – $400K (base salary)
