About the job

Develop and deploy optimization methods that turn forecasts and operational data into decisions under real-world constraints, from research benchmarks through production systems.

What you'll do

  • Lead research programs and develop optimization methods for planning, scheduling, routing, pricing, and inventory.
  • Build simulators and replayable benchmarks to evaluate decisions against real-world constraints and uncertainty.
  • Move validated methods into fast production systems and partner with engineers on customer deployments.

What they ask for

  • Depth in operations or mathematical optimization, including LP/MIP/MINLP, CP, or stochastic/robust optimization.
  • Experience with machine-learning methods for Operations Research, including test-time search and reinforcement learning for sequential decision-making.
  • Ability to implement or debug real-time, large-scale optimization systems and/or design benchmarks with defensible ground truth.
  • Proven execution track record and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
