What you'll do
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates sales, partnership, customer delivery, technology, vendor, reseller, and data-sharing agreements.
- Advises teams on IP, data privacy, security, AI, and software licensing; reviews marketing materials and related agreements.
- Helps develop legal playbooks, templates, and policies, monitors relevant legal changes, and handles ad hoc legal and compliance matters.
