Supports Peregrine’s legal team by handling commercial contracts and advising on a range of legal matters across the business.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate sales, partnership, customer delivery, technology, vendor, reseller, and data-sharing agreements.
- Advise business teams on IP, privacy, security, AI, and software licensing; review marketing materials and related agreements.
- Help develop legal playbooks, templates, and policies, and advise stakeholders on legal, compliance, and operational matters.
