What you'll do
- Design compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, and market-based pay bands.
- Own merit and compensation review cycles, promotion and adjustment processes, and equity program frameworks.
- Build compensation analytics and tools, and advise recruiters, managers, executives, and board members.
