What you'll do
- Review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, and resolve post-award administration issues with stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers on amendments, notices, and renewals; manage 300+ active contracts and orders.
- Track renewal opportunities, milestones, status, and next steps in Salesforce.
