Own customer relationships throughout the contract, supporting adoption of Peregrine’s software, resolving customer challenges, and helping agencies realize value from the platform.
What you'll do
- Support user adoption and serve as the primary interface between customers and Peregrine, relaying customer feedback to engineers.
- Use dashboards, metrics, complex data sources, and onsite visits to support users and build agency relationships.
- Partner with internal teams on customer success stories and address adoption roadblocks.
