Supports and maintains Peregrine’s go-to-market systems, providing day-to-day Salesforce and connected-tool support while contributing to system improvements and governance.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot user issues, manage access, and execute system enhancements across Salesforce and connected tools.
- Support GTM systems projects through sprint-based workflows and carry out recurring data-governance work.
- Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service; escalate complex work to Revenue Operations.
