Builds the operating model, metrics, launch processes, and team rhythms that help Peregrine’s Product organization scale and execute roadmaps effectively.
What you'll do
- Maintain core product metrics, dashboards, and reporting for business reviews and planning; validate instrumentation and metric accuracy.
- Coordinate beta and broader feature launches, track readiness and success signals, and lead post-launch retrospectives.
- Support PM team operations through OKR tracking, roadmap tooling, playbooks, and documented feedback loops.
