Leads Periodic Labs’ people function, building talent, HR, and organizational systems to support the company’s growth and AI-driven scientific work.
What you'll do
- Run people functions including talent, HR business partnering, onboarding, performance, compensation, and learning and development.
- Scale talent acquisition and partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and growth strategy.
- Lead employee relations and design people systems, onboarding, and analytics for scientific and engineering teams.
