Owns procurement, inventory, and operational finance systems for laboratory and R&D operations, including experiment cost analysis and scalable workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage lab purchasing, inventory forecasting, supplier relationships, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and three-way matching.
- Track budgets and spending, support financial forecasting, and analyze the cost of experiments across materials, compute, equipment, and overhead.
- Build and improve procurement, inventory, and finance systems using automation, tooling, dashboards, and process optimization.
