Applied AI Architect, Perplexity Computer

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery, solution design, demos, and technical deal support.
• Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on Computer workflows, including connectors and permissions.
• Manage strategic engagements through agreed scope, milestones, success criteria, and closure.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, senior sales engineering, AI implementation, forward deployed work, technical consulting, or technical program leadership.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience delivering complex implementations, including managing scope, stakeholders, milestones, risk, expectations, and closure.
• Strong consultative discovery, solution judgment, commercial awareness, executive communication, and ability to work in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying agents or multi-step LLM workflows in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with Computer, MCP, enterprise identity, security, permissions, or workflow orchestration.

Pay

$200K – $250K USD base salary
