Enablement Specialist, Perplexity Computer

What you'll do

• Build onboarding journeys, curricula, and guidance for customers with varying roles and readiness.
• Lead customer workshops, office hours, webinars, and other technical enablement sessions.
• Use usage data and customer feedback to diagnose adoption barriers, deliver interventions, and improve programs.

What they ask for

• 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or technically oriented Customer Success.
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding, training, or adoption programs across live and self-service formats.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and technical fluency, including guiding customers through permissions, connectors, models, credits, and workflows.
• Ability to use product and usage data to identify adoption gaps, intervene, and evaluate impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, agentic workflows, enterprise SaaS, or technically complex platforms.
• Background in adult learning, instructional design, customer education, or enablement operations.

Pay

$150K – $175K (base salary)
