What you'll do
- Set the operating framework, planning priorities, resource plans, decision rights, and performance measures for workplace operations.
- Lead delivery of office openings, refreshes, and capital projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness.
- Own portfolio reporting, forecasts, workplace systems, EHS program governance, and project handover standards.
