What you'll do
- Build AI automations, custom skills, and workflows using Perplexity's Computer; tune the agentic IT ticketing system.
- Provide in-person and remote IT support across hardware, accounts, and SaaS apps.
- Build self-service tools and contribute to endpoint management, IAM, and IT back-end projects.
