Build and lead Perplexity’s procurement function, managing major vendor deals, agreements, relationships, workflows, and spend optimization.
What you'll do
- Lead vendor negotiations and agreements across software, cloud services, data, and professional services; manage vendor performance and renewals.
- Build procurement workflows, policies, approval thresholds, tools, and AI automations for intake, contract review, spend analysis, and reporting.
- Improve spend visibility and savings, and partner with Legal, Security, and Accounting on contract terms, risk reviews, and controls.
