Owns strategy and delivery for shared platform capabilities that help product, engineering, and operations teams work reliably and efficiently.
What you'll do
- Identify high-impact platform problems and turn recurring needs into shared services, tools, and workflows.
- Prioritize platform investments and partner with engineering on tradeoffs, requirements, rollout, and iteration.
- Define and track outcomes including business impact, reliability, cost to serve, and reduced manual work.
