Provides EtherWAN networking expertise across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, supporting customers and sales teams through solution design, training, technical guidance, and product adoption.
What you'll do
- Present EtherWAN products and applications, deliver networking training, and support sales and customer engagements.
- Audit customer networks, assist with network design, recommend products, and simulate customer environments when needed.
- Provide technical support and follow-up, document engagements in the CRM, and share market insights and technical materials internally.

- Knowledge of the OSI Network Reference Model, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching, Spanning Tree Protocols (STP, RSTP, MSTP), TCP/IP, and Routing Protocols (RIP and OSPF).
- Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Visio, & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to travel 65%.
Nice to have
- Direct or Channel technical sales experience; CCNA certification and/or equivalent experiences.
- Knowledge of wireless and cellular technology and applications; technical networking certifications or vertical-market expertise.
Pay
$110,000 - $176,000 USD base salary
