About the job
Provides technical sales and customer support for EtherWAN networking products, including product education, solution design, field engagements, and post-sales guidance.
What you'll do
- Present EtherWAN products and applications, deliver networking training, and support sales and customer engagements.
- Audit and design customer networks, recommend products, and simulate client environments when needed.
- Respond to technical inquiries, track cases and engagements in the CRM, and share market insights with internal teams.

- Understanding of differences between IT and OT networking environments.
