About the job
Serves as the EtherWAN networking subject matter expert for Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, supporting customer engagement, solution design, training, and sales.
What you'll do
- Present EtherWAN products and applications, support field engagements, and help generate revenue with customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Audit customer networks, advise on network design and product selection, and simulate client environments when needed.
- Train stakeholders, respond to product and application questions, document activity in the CRM, and share market and industry insights internally.
