Provides EtherWAN networking expertise across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, supporting customer engagement, solution design, training, and sales adoption.
What you'll do
- Present EtherWAN products and value propositions; support sales and project-manage field engagements.
- Audit customer networks, advise on network design and product selection, and troubleshoot product or application issues.
- Deliver networking training, document customer and market information in the CRM, and share industry insights with internal stakeholders.

- Understanding of differences between IT and OT networking environments; knowledge of the OSI Network Reference Model, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching, Spanning Tree Protocols (STP, RSTP, MSTP), TCP/IP, and Routing Protocols (RIP and OSPF).
- Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Visio, & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to travel 65%.

$110,000 - $176,000 USD base salary
