Triages and resolves issues across deployed robot fleets to maintain uptime and identify reliability improvements.
What you'll do
- Prioritize fleet issue tickets, reproduce problems, and diagnose hardware, software, or operational causes.
- Analyze telemetry, sensor data, and logs; conduct on-site inspections and root cause investigations.
- Document diagnostic work, report fleet health trends, and collaborate with hardware and software teams on resolutions.
