Leads manufacturing scale-up of robotic systems from prototype through pilot production, developing processes, tooling, documentation, and quality controls.
What you'll do
- Design and improve robotic assembly and test processes, fixtures, tooling, and work instructions.
- Partner with design and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and manage production readiness, BOMs, and parts availability.
- Lead production scale-up and continuous improvement using failure analysis, manufacturing KPIs, and quality systems.
