About the job
Own high-volume recruiting for Robot Operators and other site-based operations roles, building the candidate pipeline, screening applicants, and improving hiring processes.
What you'll do
- Develop candidate sourcing channels and maintain a consistent local pipeline.
- Conduct initial screens and advance qualified candidates to work trials.
- Track funnel performance, partner with operations leadership, and improve recruiting processes and candidate communications.
