About the job
Manages robotic-system production and assembly operations while implementing and owning MES workflows, integrations, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Oversee production scheduling, capacity, staffing, quality, and continuous improvement for robotic-system assembly and testing.
- Lead MES implementation and build digital work instructions, integrations, dashboards, and traceability workflows.
- Develop technicians and assemblers, and partner with engineering on new product introductions.
