About the job
Direct a network of creators and agencies to produce, test, and scale social content that converts viewers into paying Picsart users.
What you'll do
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, briefs, and examples; direct creators and editors through production.
- Test and analyze creative performance, then spread winning content across markets, languages, and templates.
- Lead creator-network launch content for new models and features, and relay product opportunities and safety guidance.
