Build and own the systems, models, and reporting that plan and allocate work, forecast capacity, manage billing, and improve Customer Operations through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
What you'll do
- Own work orchestration, KPI reporting, resource forecasting, and billing accuracy.
- Build automation or AI-assisted solutions and improve operational processes, including leading cross-functional implementation and change management.
- Translate data and forecasts into accurate reporting and actionable recommendations for leadership.
