Supports customers from product evaluation through production by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and feedback that improves Pinecone’s products and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through implementation, optimization, and expansion; troubleshoot technical issues and help accelerate time-to-value.
- Partner with Sales on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Build tooling, processes, and resources to monitor customer health, scale support, and share customer insights with product teams.
