Own and deliver AI-driven backend platform systems that support Pinwheel’s integrations and improve the productivity of its Integrations Engineering team.
What you'll do
- Lead platform initiatives from scoping and design through implementation, launch, and maintenance.
- Design integration infrastructure, including services, queues, data pipelines, and asynchronous workflows.
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers while setting technical direction and eliminating recurring problems.
