What you'll do
- Own engineering architecture, scalability, reliability, technical standards, and roadmap.
- Lead and develop about 10 engineers, including through two squad leads; remain hands-on with code and production issues.
- Coordinate engineering delivery with Product, Risk, Data Science, Capital Markets, Finance, and platform partners.
