Owns and improves Plaid’s corporate systems and infrastructure, automating internal operations while supporting employees and evaluating productivity tools.
What you'll do
- Manage identity, endpoint configuration, and company-wide SaaS platforms, including access policies and automation.
- Build and maintain automation, support internal systems, and manage SaaS procurement and renewals.
- Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling; partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams.
