About the job
Analyzes customer and network traffic to measure and improve Plaid Protect’s fraud product performance, inform product strategy, and support customer growth.
What you'll do
- Own product metrics, dashboards, and experiments that inform strategy and decision-making.
- Run backtests and analyze product performance to identify high-impact rules and model strategies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on experiments and build scalable data models and schemas for analysis and reporting.
