What you'll do
- Set team strategy and technical roadmap, balancing platform migration with ongoing Link improvements.
- Drive planning and delivery, contribute to design and code reviews, and maintain reliability during the transition.
- Hire, manage, coach, and develop engineers; partner across teams to make the platform easy to adopt and extend.
