Leads the Network Health engineering team in building risk systems to detect, mitigate, and resolve fraud and abuse across Plaid products.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of 5 engineers and 2 embedded data scientists through goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
- Set the team’s long-term strategy and roadmap with technical and product partners, and guide execution.
- Analyze data and technical systems to identify trends and opportunities and inform technical decisions.
