Leads Plaid’s corporate development strategy, sourcing and executing acquisitions and investments that support the company’s strategic priorities.
What you'll do
- Build an acquisition and investment pipeline using market, competitive, and startup intelligence and founder, executive, and investor relationships.
- Lead deals end to end, including valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, and structuring.
- Coordinate post-deal integration, track outcomes against investment theses, and prepare executive- and board-ready materials.
