Found and lead Plaid’s Detection and Response team, protecting its financial infrastructure through security detection, incident response, fraud operations, and Red Teaming.
What you'll do
- Build the team, establishing its culture and operating standards; lead incident response and assess program effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the team responsible for detection infrastructure, AI-driven triage, and investigation tooling; oversee Fraud Operations and Red Team activities.
- Partner with senior leaders, communicate security risks, and define metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness.
