Resolves and prevents financial-institution integration issues by shipping code, prioritizing by customer impact, and coordinating with data partners to maintain reliable connectivity.
What you'll do
- Investigate, fix, deploy, and monitor integration issues; maintain and improve the integrations codebase and tooling.
- Prioritize issues by customer impact, triage the backlog, and apply mitigations to keep integrations operating.
- Diagnose partner-side problems, work with financial institutions and internal teams to reach resolution, and participate in integrations on-call.
