About the job
Build and lead Plaid’s internal communications programs, executive messaging, company-wide events, and AI narrative to keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged.
What you'll do
- Own internal communications strategy, channels, editorial cadence, and recurring programs such as All Hands and Half-yearly Business Reviews.
- Advise executives and develop communications for major company moments, change initiatives, and company-wide updates.
- Lead Plaid’s internal AI narrative and use AI tools in communications; partner across teams on employee communications and culture content.
What they ask for
- At least 7+ years working in internal communications at a fast-paced tech company.
- Track record of building or significantly scaling an internal communications program.
- Strong executive presence and experience counseling senior leaders, including founder/CEOs, on high-stakes communications.
- Experience producing engaging All Hands meetings and partnering with internal operations teams.
Nice to have
- Experience developing or owning an AI-related narrative is strongly preferred.
- Video editing and AI skills are a plus.
