Design and ship customer-facing experiences across Plaid Dashboard, helping users configure products, monitor integrations, manage workflows, and act on insights.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive experiences for complex financial and technical workflows, including polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Partner with product managers and engineers from problem definition through implementation.
- Use customer research, feedback, and qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate and evaluate outcomes.
