Owns the Connectivity Platform roadmap and strategy, prioritizing platform capabilities that keep Plaid’s data supply reliable, efficient, and high quality.
What you'll do
- Discover, validate, and prioritize platform updates and services based on team roadmaps, reliability, and data quality needs.
- Own the roadmap for integration automation, migration orchestration, and data quality initiatives with engineering.
- Partner with engineering and internal teams to evaluate trade-offs, turn user needs into actionable work, and track key metrics.
