Owns and improves Plaid’s internal IT systems, endpoint management, identity and access controls, and automation, while guiding teammates and supporting company-wide productivity.
What you'll do
- Own and improve identity, endpoint, and SaaS systems, including Okta configuration, access policies, Apple device management, and company-wide platforms.
- Build automation and evaluate, deploy, and support AI tools to improve productivity and reduce repetitive support work.
- Help shape the team roadmap, mentor and unblock teammates, and support cross-functional projects.
