What you'll do
- Build and manage technical candidate pipelines, qualify candidates, and hand them off to recruiters.
- Conduct talent research and create market maps and competitive hiring insights to guide role scope and search strategy.
- Track funnel metrics, maintain accurate sourcing data, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers on calibration.
