Leads customer and partner technical onboarding, API integrations, and pre- and post-sales solution support for Pliant’s payments platform.
What you'll do
- Plan and drive onboarding, integration timelines, and go-live readiness; troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Support sales and partnerships through technical discovery, solution design, demos, RFPs, and proof-of-concepts.
- Train developers and operators, create reusable integration resources, and relay customer feedback to improve products and documentation.
