Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Perception

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize BEV-based perception models that fuse camera, LiDAR, and radar inputs.
• Benchmark models on large-scale datasets using quantitative metrics, focusing on performance, robustness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with research, data, and deployment teams, and support QMS compliance and process improvement.

What they ask for

• Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field, or a Master’s in one of these fields.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building deep learning pipelines.
• Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LiDAR-based 3D perception and BEV models, multimodal sensor fusion, sensor integration, computer vision, deep learning, and 3D geometry.

Nice to have

• Industry or academic experience in autonomous vehicle perception, robotics, or related areas.
• Experience with production deep learning, distributed training, high-performance computing, or GPU acceleration.

Pay

USD 150,000–200,000 (per-year-salary) — base salary
