What you'll do
- Build workforce management processes, systems, governance, reporting, and decision frameworks for planning and fulfilling work.
- Define the vision and roadmap for workforce management technology, including evolving the Resource Management App and integrating automation and AI capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional implementation, change management, adoption, and continuous improvement; measure progress and operational impact.
