What you'll do
- Own interview scheduling and serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the interview process.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to move hiring processes forward.
- Maintain recruiting data in Ashby and proactively improve process structure, feedback loops, and efficiency.
