Build and run Poetic’s recruiting system, owning end-to-end hiring and candidate experience while scaling recruiting processes and the talent organization.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting across roles, from sourcing through close, including interviewing and running hiring processes.
- Build and refine interview processes, candidate experience, sourcing channels, and recruiting operations.
- Organize recruiting events, track funnel metrics, and continuously improve the recruiting system.
