Leads campus recruiting for the Point72 Academy, sourcing and assessing early-career candidates and coordinating university partnerships and recruiting programs.
What you'll do
- Manage global campus recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate debriefs.
- Develop campus hiring plans and university relationships; organize recruiting events and coordinate intern and early-career program orientation and training.
- Maintain recruiting data and reporting, support budget and analytics, and develop recruiting materials with Corporate Communications and Compliance.
